We are pleased to share the following press release from our management company, DMCaizu Co., Ltd.
DMCaizu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Inawashiro-machi, Fukushima Prefecture; President and CEO: Shoji Endo; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), has acquired all of the outstanding shares of Bandai Inawashiro Resort Co., Ltd.
(Headquarters: Inawashiro-machi, Fukushima Prefecture; President: Seiichi Nihei), which owns " Inawashiro Resort Ski Resort and Grand Sanpia Inawashiro Resort Hotel" (hereinafter referred to as " the facilities"). Accordingly, the Company will begin operations of the Facilities as part of our group corporation.
