Full Operations Begin at the Nakazawa River Powerplant in Obanazawa-shi, Yamagata Prefecture

DMC aizu Co. Ltd. (headquarters: Inawashiro-machi, Yama-gun, Fukushima Prefecture; President & CEO: Shoji Endo) in partnership with Green Denryoku Engineering Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo-to), a fellow subsidiary of IS Holdings, had taken out a Mezzanine Loan in to construct Nakazawa-gawa Hydroelectric Plant in Obanazawa-shi, Yamagata Prefecture. We are pleased to announce that following the facility's completion and opening ceremonies on June 14, 2023, the plant will begin full operations on June 20, 2023
. With the understanding of the local community, DMCaizu will continue to make selective investments in hydroelectric and geothermal power generation fields that are consistent with the maintenance of tourism resources and environmental preservation in order to contribute to the development and revitalization of the local community.
